What is Samir Grey?
Samir Grey is a fragrance and personal care brand founded by Kahh Spence, rooted in the belief that self-care isn’t optional—it’s essential.
What do you mean by “Clean at Samir Grey?”
While “clean” isn’t a fully regulated term, at Samir Grey it means our products are thoughtfully formulated with a blend of safe synthetics and natural ingredients, without parabens, phthalate, formaldehyde, synthetic dyes, nitromusks, propylene glycol, mineral oil, known carcinogens, and animal-derived ingredients. Every formula is developed in partnership with expert chemists and fragrance suppliers to ensure both safety and quality.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, our products are 100% vegan and always cruelty free.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our glass bottles and boxes are 100% recyclable. While our caps are not, we encourage you to recycle our packaging whenever possible.

We are available exclusively at samirgrey.co.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship in the United States only. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped immediately afterward. We offer two shipping options: Standard (2-6 business days) and Expedited (3 business days). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
What’s your cancellation policy?
You may request to cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase by emailing orders@samirgrey.co with “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line. After this window, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are only accepted for unopened products and must be requested within fifteen (15) days of purchase. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or cause an adverse reaction. If you experience an adverse reaction, please report it immediately and dispose the Product for potential testing. To initiate a return, you must email your name, order number, a photograph of the Product, and reason for return to orders@samirgrey.co. All returns are subject to approval and must meet our return criteria. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees, which are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements.
